Good for you fish!
Thaw fish fillets. Melt butter/margarine in pan @ 500 degrees. When butter has melted dip the fish fillet in the melted butter (both sides) generously.
Cover with mixture of Parmesan, Onion powder, Garlic Salt, Celery Seed, Dill weed and black pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes in 500 degrees, flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
