2. salt and pepper the chicken
3. lightly coat in corn starch
4. melt butter on a stove top
5. add chicken and brown chicken on both sides until almost fully cooked
6. add onions, garlic, thai pepper
7. add peppers to the top of the chicken
8. cover with cheese
9. reduce heat and cover until cheese is melted and chicken is all the way cooked through
Serve with a side of veggies and rice
