Delicious crepe recipe given to me by my friend Eva from Sweden
Mix together all ingredients,. Pour into hot buttered pan. Tilt pan to make a thin, even crepe. Flip once and serve with desired toppings, cinnamon sugar, whipped cream, jam, eggs, fresh fruits etc.
1 1/3 cup milk equals 300 mil, 2/3 Cup flour equals 150 mil
