Super delicious, nutritious and easy to make. Very filling
Put milk and whole wheat in blender and blend on high for about five minutes. Add eggs, oil, sugar and salt and blend for 30 seconds. Add baking powder and pulse for 5 seconds. Heat oiled griddle and cook like traditional pancakes. Delicious served with butter, honey, syrup, apricot syrup or fresh fruit.
