| 4 Tomatillos; husked and |

| 1/2 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 2 Fresh jalapeno peppers |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
| 2 lgTomatoes; peeled and |
| 1 tsfresh cilantro; Minced |
| 1 tsFresh lime juice |
| 5 Green onions; chopped |
| 2 Fresh Anaheim chiles; seeded |
Salsa Cruda (Fresh Salsa) Preparation
Makes about 2 cups. In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour. May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
