Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients, except toasted nori, over cooked rice in bowl and drizzle Citris-soy dressing on top. Top with nori and enjoy. To make dressing, combine the juices and sugar in small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Cook for 1-2 min. Whisk in shoyu and vinegar, return to boil and cook for 1-2 min. Or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in zests. When the rice is done stir in a little sauce for flavor before building sushi bowl.
