Suggest a better descriptionTrim chicken of excess fat and sinew. Cut each wing into three pieces then discard the tips.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl or marinating dish and mix well. Add chicken pieces and stir until coated. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Drain the chicken pieces and reserve marinade to brush over several times during cooking.
Place chicken pieces on a roasting rack over an oven tray or place them in a baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for around 1 hour or until chicken is crisp and cooked through.
(Alternatively they can be cooked on a barbecue)
