Suggest a better descriptionPulverise the biscuits in a food processor, add the melted margarine and then press into a 20cm (8 inch) loose bottomed flan tin and chill.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the chocolate. Sprinkle the gelatine over 6 tablespoons of boiing water in a small pan then heat gently and stir until dissolved. Cool a little and then stir into the yogurt mixture.
Drain 6 tablespoons of the syrup from the raspberries and discard, then add the rest of the syrup along with the raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Pour onto the biscuit base and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve decorated with whole raspberries and mint leaves if using.
You can reduce the point value to 9 by making a thinner base, only using 100g digestive and 50g margarine.
