Blend 1 1/2 cups chickpeas in blender, keep other 1/2 intact for texture. Add remaining ingredients, mix by hand. Make 4 patties, pan-fry for a few minutes in canola oil. Make wrap using falafel, sauerkraut, avocado and ketchup.
