Suggest a better description1. Preheat the jaffle iron until hot or in the case of a jaffle maker untill the light goes off.
2. Cut the pastry square into 4 equal squares and set aside to thaw.
3. Mix the pie apple, raisins, maple syrup and half the cinnamon.
4. Place 2 cut pastry squares into the jaffle maker. Spoon half the apple mixture evenly on the pastry squares, then place the other 2 squares on top. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp. Repeat with the remaining pastry and apple mix.
5. Combine the remaining cinnamon and sugar together and serve immediately, dust with cinnamon sugar and add the ice cream.
