Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425. Oil a baking sheet to hold carrots in a single layer
Add carrots to the pan, drizzle with butter and toss to coat
Roast for 10 minutes. Combine the orange juice, maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg and salt & pepper in a bowl.
Remove carrots from the oven and pour glaze over top, turn to coat. Roast another 15 minutes or until lightly browned
