It's like chocolate mug cake, but without the most of the chocolate.
In mug or bowl, mix sugar and flour. Then add all wet ingredients. Then add the chocolate chips. Mix well. Then, microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let it cool off for 1 minute. Then add chocolate syrup and taste the awesomeness!!!
The bowl would be about the size of a cereal bowl.
