Caramel - sifted sugar in small saucepan, placed on top of medium heat - add still water for thinner caramel - burn till golden brown Pudding - 1:1 sugar : egg - 1:4 milk : sugar - beat the eggs with sugar until sugar dissolved - pour warm but not boiling milk, beat slowly to ensure sugar totally dissolved - add in cream/ yogurt - add in caramel, then pour in pudding Baking - pre heat 180C 60min - water-bake 160C for 45min
1. Leave half of the caramel for decoration
2. Butter the reminding for easy removal n adding pinch of salty flavor
