Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onion 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir and return to a boil.
3. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle rice mixture with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
