Suggest a better description1. Get a large roast (one that will fit in a crock pot). Brown the roast on all sides with salt and pepper in a frying pan, then place the roast into the crock pot.
2. Empty the ranch dressing, italian dressing, and gravy packets on top of the roast in the crock pot. Then cover the roast with water.
3. Cook on low all day (10 hours). Cooking for 10 hours will result in a nice juicy roast that falls off the bone (cooking for 8 hours will taste good too, but won't have the same fall-apart texture). Delicious and so easy.
4. Mix leftover meat with your favorite BBQ sauce and refrigerate overnight for BBQ sandwiches the next day.
