Put 1 cup of berries and 1/2 cup of water into a large sauce pan and bring to a boil
simmer 2 min
strain juice
To juice, add sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon
Cook until slightly thick
Add lemon juice to mixture
Pour sauce over berries in crust. Chill. Serve with cream or ice cream
