Our favorite quick and easy dinner. Ready in less than 30 minutes and can be done practically with any ingredients you got at hand. Enjoy!
1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat; add the jalapeno and tomato slices and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly brown.
2. Add the sliced beef and continue cooking until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add the Morelos sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until meat is fully cooked. Season with salt and serve. Provecho!
