Try this easy to cook Chicken breast with Apples
Put oil and butter in pan and heat on medium. Pound chicken breasts between waxed paper, about 1/2" thick. Put chicken in pan, cook a few minutes on each side, then core and chop Apples to bite size. Add Apples, Tarragon, Ginger, Basil, and Thyme. Slice sweet pepper in half, lengthwise, and add to pan. Cook a few more minutes, add capers and stir. Add chopped Parsley in final minute of cooking.
