This is a "jell-o" shrimp cocktail. Cheap perfect way to make sure everyone gets plenty!
Heat tomato juice ( amount that is called for on jello package instead of water amount on jello box). When hot add the jello powder. Mix until completely dissolved. Add horseradish....amount is up to you. I add several tablespoons then taste for spice level and add more as needed. Keep in mind heat in horseradish is hotter when cold so don't add too much. Add shrimp and pour into mold. I use a mold of a fish. Put in refrig until firm like jello. When firm turn upside down on serving tray and serve with a platter of crackers. Dig in with spoon to top your cracker.
