Suggest a better descriptionseason steaks with salt and a generous amount of pepper. Melt butter in heavy skilet over high heat. Add steaks and cook to desired doneness, 4 minutes per side for rare. Transfer steaks to plate, cover with foil to keep warn. Remove skillet from heat. Add wine and ignite with match. Return skillet to het and bring wine to boil, scraping up any browned bits. Add cream and peppercorns and boil until sauce is reduced, about 2 minutes. Whisk in mustard. Season sauce with salt if necessary. Pour sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
