Cucumber and orange keep this juice from being all green. Also baby kale and baby spinach keep this juice from being too bitter
Wash and cut celery and cucumber
check kale and spinach for yellowish leaves
cut and peel orange or tangerine
juice lemon separately by hand and add at end
feed all above through juicer except lemon
I reccomend if using a centrifugal juicer to feed pulp through a second time to remove excess moisture. Also to drink through a straw ti avoid frothy foam at tip of glass
