Suggest a better descriptionChop very fine fresh mushrooms. Squeeze in a cloth, twisting to extract as much moisture as possible. Cook the onion in the butter and oil. Add the mushrooms. saute on high heat until the mushroom moisture is absorbed. Stir alot. This can be frozen and broken into chunks to use a little section at a time.
