For the quiche: preheat the oven to 350* . Whisk the eggs, half and half, and Tabasco until combined. Add the cheese and onion, season to taste with salt and pepper. Coat 12 muffin tins with cooking spray. Divide the meat into each muffin cup and top with egg mixture. Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle of the quiche comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Can be served with 1/2 cup Simply Potatoes Rosemary garlic red potato wedges, 1/4 cup blackberries and 1 cup of coffee, per person. A serving is 3 quiches per person.
