Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle chicken
evenly with salt and pepper. Place eggs in a
shallow dish and almond flour in another
shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, and dredge in
almond flour. Place on a rack in a roasted pan
rubbed with olive oil. Bake 15 minutes or until
chicken is done and lightly browned. Place
marinara sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, and
microwave on High 2 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. Serve chicken topped with
marinara sauce.
