An excellent pasta dish that is easy to make. Can be made ahead and frozen (w/o the cheese).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir fry meat, onions and pepper. Drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce envelope. Stir in olives, mushrooms, and liquid ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer. Boil noodles and cook until pasta is done. Drain noodles.
Mix pasta, sauce and half the cheese in a bowl. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Afterwards, sprinkle the remaining cheese in top and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve while hot.
