An excellent pasta dish that is easy to make. Can be made ahead and frozen (w/o the cheese).


1.5 lb ground beef; lean
1.5 lb Sausage; Regular or Mild
1 Lb Italian sausage; Cut in chunks
1 cup Green Pepper; chopped (use red pepper to add color)
1 Cup Onions; chopped
1 tsp Salt
.5 cup black olives; chopped
.5 cup peas; (optional)
2.5 lbs Mozarella; Grated
1 can of mushrooms; 4oz
1 can Tomato Soup
1 can Hot water
1 pkg Wide Noodles; 12 oz
1 envelope Spaghetti Sauce

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir fry meat, onions and pepper. Drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce envelope. Stir in olives, mushrooms, and liquid ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer. Boil noodles and cook until pasta is done. Drain noodles.

Mix pasta, sauce and half the cheese in a bowl. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Afterwards, sprinkle the remaining cheese in top and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve while hot.
