What's for dinner?

I subscribed to BigOven when my family moved from Texas, to Dresden Germany several years ago. BigOven was my link to home, great recipies and the English language during our 2 year stay in Germany. My family moved back to Texas for a couple of years and in 2010 we moved to upstate New York. Although we seem to be on the move every few years; My cookbooks may go into storage for a while, but I always have my favorites saved on BigOven!

Besides cooking, I like gardening, travel, reading, scrapbooking, needlepoint and decorating. I love football, lacrosse and camping with my husband and son. I also love a girl's day out with my daughter that might include shopping, bookstores, lunch or a pedicure!

I am married and the mother of 2. My daughter is grown and living in Austin Texas and my son is gearing up for High School! My daughter has joined the BigOven family and I enjoy sharing recipes with her.

Breakfast Burritos

My family enjoys grilling outdoors year round. We also love Mexican dishes and seafoods. I love planning holiday and special occasion meals, and I also love those recipes you can have on the table in 30 minutes! Some of my favorite recipes can be prepared and frozen for later use or thrown into a crockpot and forgotten until dinner time.

	Our Secret Sirloin Steak Juicy, tender, loved the sauce! I broiled a 2 lb sirloin at 400 for 12 minutes each side for medium well. Let stand 10 minutes before carving. on Friday, March 01, 2013
