About me
We have lived in Knoxville, TN since 2000 and have been married since 1995. We have two boys at home. I enjoy cooking (duh), kickboxing, karate, brazilian jiu jitsu, cycling, writing, running, playing basketball w/ my older son, and spending time with my wonderful wife. Know why I do all of that exercise? So I can cook with all of the heavy cream, sour cream, pork fat, and cheese that I want!
My Favorite Foods
I love smoking foods, especially pork. Growing up in the south, I like southern cooking but I also have an affinity for southwestern food, italian, and oriental foods. I am a huge fan of the Big Green Egg ceramic grill/smoker/convection oven.
