Caramel Sundae Sauce (Dairy-Free)

Ingredients

1/2 c Brown Sugar firmly packed

1/2 c Pecans chopped

1 ts Vanilla

1/2 c Light corn syrup

1/4 c Margarine


Directions

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring sugar, corn syrup and margarine to a full boil, stir constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. This is a great, quick and easy, recipe. The only thing I'd do different is let to boil for just a minute longer, it can get a little watery.
