Chicken Biscuit Casserole

Variation on chicken pot pie. This one made with pantry staples.

Ingredients

2 cups Chicken Cooked and cubed

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 can Milk

1 12 oz package Frozen mixed vegetables

For the Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick

3/4 cup Milk

1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

1/4 Cup Butter Melted

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 deg F Mix the biscuit ingredients in a medium bowl. I a 2.5 quart casserole mix together the filling ingredients. Top with the biscuit dough using a spoon to drop it on top. Spread the biscuit mix as best you can to make it even. Cook for 40 minutes or until the biscuit mix is browned on top.
