Classic Chili

Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

4 cans tomato soup

1 diced onion

16 oz. tomato sauce

1 small can Tomato paste

1 green pepper diced

1 large can diced tomatoes

3/4 cup celery diced

2 cups water

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup Chili powder

2 tsp salt

1 tbsp garlic

1/4 cup chopped jalapeno pieces

1 tsp Ground cumin

3 cans chili beans liquid drained

1 can black beans liquid drained

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup flour

1 cup water


Directions

Brown meat, then drain. Add onion, celery, green pepper, and saute. Add all other ingredients except flour and last cup of water. Simmer for a minimum of 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Combine water and flour at very end, add to thicken sauce.
