Ingredients

2 lbs smoked pork

2 lbs smoked sausage

1 lbs ground beef

1 small bag frozen onions and green and red peppers

1 small can tomato paste

3 cans fire roasted tomatoes

1 28 oz can tomato sauce

2 packages chili seasoning

3 cans multi color chili beans

1/2 cup bbq sauce

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Smoked paprika

Season salt

2 cans beef broth

3 cloves chopped garlic


Directions

Cut 1/4 rounds and brown smoked sausage and remove from pan when browned. Brown ground beef with onions and peppers and garlic. Add beef broth and scrap up fond from bottom of pan. Dump all canned goods, chili powder, bbq sauce, and smoked pork. Bring to boil then simmer for 2 hours. Add seasoning to taste.
