Crock Pot Pasta Figoli Soup

Ingredients

2 pounds Ground beef

1 onion chopped

3 carrots chopped

4 stalks celery chopped

2 cans (28 oz) Diced tomatoes

1 can (16 oz) red kidney beans

1 can (16 oz) white kidney beans

3 cans (10 oz) Beef broth

3 teaspoons oregano

2 teaspoons pepper

5 teaspoons Parsley

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

8 ounces elbow pasta

1 crusty bread


Directions

Brown the beef and drain the fat Put into crock pot with all other ingredients except the pasta. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. Add the pasta 30 minutes before eating. Serve with crusty warm bread.
