Ingredients

1 15 oz can chickpeas drained

4 cloves garlic roughly chopped

1 shallot roughly chopped

2 tbsp parsely fresh, chopped

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

3 tbsp flour, gluten free

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp coconut oil for frying


Directions

1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, shallow, parsley, cumin, coriander, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Blend until mixture resembles a thick paste. 3. Form mixture into falafel patties or balls, about 2" in diameter. 4. In pan, heat coconut oil until hot. Fry falafel until golden, then transfer to a paper-towel lined plate.
