Ingredients

1 240 g can chickpeas drained

1 small onion

40 g whole meal flour

Handful fresh parsely

1/2 tbsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 garlic cloves


Directions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until ingredients are well mixed Cover baking tray with baking paper Spray with oil Use spoon to scoop out mixture Roll into ball using your hands press balls down onto tray Should make 14 falafels Spray with oil Bake for 20 minutes Turn bake for a further 15 minutes
