Fully-Loaded Burger Bowls

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef

2-1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons Butter

1 cup Mushrooms sliced

1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded, divided

5 slices Bacon cooked, diced

1000 Island Dressing for garnish


Directions

1) Mix beef together, seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. On a baking sheet, form 2 meat bowls using a clean jar or a can. Set aside. 2) In a medium pan, saute mushrooms with butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide into 2 equal portions. 3) Fill each meat bowl with 1/4 cup of cheese, mushrooms, 2 slices of bacon and then top with 1/4 up of cheese. 4) Bake at 350 degrees covered with a foil tent covering for 30 minutes. Before serving top with remaining bacon and garnish with 1000 island dressing.

Yummy!! It's a lot of food, and we ended up only eating about half of our "bowls". Make sure to get those ground beef bowls as thin as possible--it's hard to make them thin enough to cook evenly.
