Ingredients

16 pounds pork shoulder or pork butt or picnic roast must have fat in it

1 cups Orange juice

1 Cup Coke

3 Onion, yellow medium quartered

8 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled

4 tsp Cumin

Season outside of pork before cooking

4 tsp Salt and pepper to taste

40 warm tortillas

Guacamole as garnish

cilanto as garnish

10 Limes


Directions

1.. Put whole roast in Roasting pan or oven , cover, cook slow overnight 7-8 hours at 275 degrees with quartered onion and seasonings in pan Make sure meat is tender enough pull apart. 3. Serve with 40 flour or corn tortillas, and garnish items
