Ingredients

1 cup Sweet butter melted

2 1/3 cup Brown sugar

1 cup Light Corn Syrup

1 can Condensed milk eagle brand

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix ingredients and microwave 2 minutes. Stir. Cook 12 more minutes stirring often. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts if desired. Stir and cool 5 minutes before cutting. Cut and wrap in wax paper.

This is the same caramel recipe that I use! So quick and easy! The only thing I do differently is cook 2 min, stir cook another 2 min stir and then 8 min in my microwave to 245 degrees.
