Place egg whites in a bowl, let stand 30 min. Line three pans with wax paper. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water and corn syrup, bring to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cook without stirring until a candy thermometer reads 252 degrees. BEAT egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add hot sugar mixture over egg whites, beat well. Add vanilla.
