Olive Garden Salad and dressing

Ingredients

1 12oz iceberg lettuce

1/4 small red onion thinly sliced

6-12 black pitted olives

6 mild pepperoncini peppers

1-2 small Roma Tomatoes

1/2 cup crutons

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

2 tablespoons corn syrup

2 tablespoons Romano cheese

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or one clove minced

1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Directions

Salad Combine top 6 ingredients Dressing Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Store up to 10 days in refrigerator. This dressing can also be used for a marinade for meats or veggies.
