1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 15X10 Jelly Roll pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, whisk together; flour, sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
3. Stir in eggs, oil (applesauce) and pumpkin until combined
4. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack then refrigerate until ready to frost.
Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
1. Heat Butter in a small sauce pan over low heat until completely melted. Continue heating, stirring occasionally until light golden brown in color. Remove from heat, cool
2. Combine cooled brown butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and continue to beat thoroughly
4. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time until desired consistency is reached. Spread frosting on cooled pumpkin bars.
5. Sprinkle bars with pumpkin pie spice, cut and serve
