1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons sea salt

Two 15-ounce cans diced tomatoes I like fire roasted

1 cup brown or green lentils I like this brand

One 15-ounce can black beans rinsed and drained

One 15-ounce can unsweetened pumpkin puree

1 bunch kale thinly sliced

4 cups vegetable stock or water

1 lime quartered
