Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 pounds Italian sausage

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 large eggs

1 jar spaghetti sauce

2 15 ounce cans crushed tomatoes

1 10 ounce can petite diced tomatoes

2 cups baby spinach

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1 medium onion chopped

2 tablespoons diced red pepper


Directions

Mix together meats, breadcrumbs, eggs. Mix by hand until well blended. Form into 1 inch balls and bake on oven until cooked through. Mix all tomatoe products in a large crockpot. Puree all vegetables in a food processor and add to crockpot. Add Italian seasonings to taste. Simmer 2 to 4 hours.
