White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

.5 stick Butter or Margarine

.5 Onion chopped

3 teaspoons Garlic minced

2 teaspoons Cumin

2 teaspoons Oregano

.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

.5 cup Flour

48 ounces Chicken broth

1 cube Chicken bouillon

3.5 ounces Chopped Green Chilies

2 cans Great Northern Beans

2 cans Shoepeg White Corn

4 cups Chicken cooked, cubed

1 cup Sour Cream

1 teaspoon Salt


Directions

Cook chicken. Saute onions, garlic, oregano, cumin, and cayenne pepper in butter until onions soften. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Stir in chicken broth, salt, and bouillon cube and cook over medium heat until thickened. Add green chilies, beans, corn and cooked chicken and simmer on low heat. Add sour cream 20 minutes prior to removing from heat
