Kids Favorite Meatloaf Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef (up to 1-1/2)	1/4 ts Ground cumin
1 lg Egg; slightly beaten	Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 ts Dried thyme	1/2 c Ketchup

Instructions for Kids Favorite Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients except the ketchup together thoroughly. Place in regular size bread loaf pan, spread ketchup on top. Bake in 375 degree oven about one hour. Drain excess oil, and slice and serve from pan. Posted to EAT-L Digest by J Wendel on Sep 10, 1997
