Notes: From Orange County Register 1. Cook lentils according to package directions; drain. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Remove from heat. 3. Using a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process all ingredients until smooth. Cool. Serve with crackers.
