Ingredients
- 1 lb Red potatoes; (peeled if
- ; cut into 1-inch
- 1/4 c Garlic-and herb-flavored
- ; as Boursin
- ; pieces
- 1/3 c Milk
Preparation
In a saucepan simmer potatoes in water to cover until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pan.
