Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Select your vegetables, peel if necessary and chunk into stew size pieces. Place in a colorful array your selected vegetables in a baking pan or dish. Pour the broth over the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You can add chicken pieces as an option if you wish. The flavors of all the healthful vegetables will blend. Leftovers can be placed in a container or poly-bag to be reheated throughout the week. It simply gets better and better each day as the flavors blend! Enjoy! NOTES : To your budget and desire select any of the following fresh vegetables to include in your surprise:
