Easy to make, I used 2 cups of cooked rice in this recipe instead of 8 ounces of pasta and it tasted great!

Great flavour. If you like baked mac and cheese with ground beef you will love this. I didn't have any tomatoe sauce on hand but did have lots of fresh tomatoes so used about 8 tomatoes and pureed them. Put the broiler on for the last few minutes to brown the cheese on top.

I might modify the meat or pasta ratio, but the flavor was great, and was very easy and cheap to make.
