JStoleyNice, versatile dish that uses ingredients almost everyone has on hand and comes together pretty quickly. I subbed fresh cherry tomatoes in place of the canned, added a bit of dried rosemary, used the whole box of penne, added a can of tomato paste with a little water, and used Monterey Jack and Parmesan with the mozzarella cheese. I didn't use as much, but it came out great, especially the tomatoes! I will definitely be making this again!7m ago
