Suggest a better descriptionSaute ground beef, onions and green peppers until onions are clear and ground beef is browned. Drain Grease.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and Pasta to beef mixture. Add 1 cup cheese and heat until everything starts to bubble.
Place everything in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle the other cup of cheese on top and bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes.
