"Great flavour. If you like baked mac and cheese with ground beef you will love this. I didn't have any tomatoe sauce on hand but did have lots of fresh tomatoes so used about 8 tomatoes and pureed them. Put the broiler on for the last few minutes to brown the cheese on top."

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Onion; chopped
1/2 cup Bell pepper; chopped
1 14.5-oz can Diced Tomatoes; undrained

1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano; crumbled
1 clove Garlic; minced

I used red peppers instead of the green and everyone loved it. Huge hit with all my roommates, it is now a regular part of our movie night get togethers!

Very good! I never liked salt so I didn't add any salt to the recipe and still enjoyed it!

Very good and very easy. I used hot Italian sausage, otherwise followed recipe pretty closely and it came out great.
