Banana Nut Bread Ingredients

1 2/3 cup Flour	1 cup Walnuts chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder	1 Egg beaten
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda	1/4 cup Oil
3/4 teaspoon Salt	1 cup Bananas mashed
1/2 cup Sugar	1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions for Banana Nut Bread

Sift together the dry ingredients. Add 3/4 cup of the nuts. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Stir only until the flour is moistened. Pour into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining nuts over the top of the loaf. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
